PowerPoint New Window

I use PowerPoint to create online lessons.  The students can watch and follow these lessons to learn or refresh skills.  I try to make the PowerPoint lesson behave just like I do at the whiteboard.  (don't tell me Flash can do the same - it can do similar but isn't nearly as crisp).

I used to publish the PowerPoints as web pages - but have found that with the installation of the PowerPoint Viewer - the results are better if I use the real PowerPoint file.

So a new problem arose!  How do you launch a new window from a PowerPoint presentation?
